How to withdraw at Crowns without stalling the payout
Taking money out of Crowns involves more checks than putting it in, and almost every delay comes from one of three things: unfinished verification, an active bonus, or a payout method that does not match the deposit. This page walks through how to withdraw, what to prepare, how withdrawal limits work and why a requested payout is best left alone. We could not confirm which payout routes Crowns offers to readers in Cambodia. The set of methods and the limits depend on your account — check in the cashier. Every method is listed on the payments page.
Open the cashier pageWithdrawal steps
- Finish account verification first — ideally days before you need the money.
- Check that no bonus is still being wagered; an active bonus can block or cancel a withdrawal.
- Open the cashier, choose the withdrawal tab and see which payout methods are offered for your account.
- Enter an amount between the minimum and maximum withdrawal shown for that method.
- Confirm, note the reference, and leave the request alone while it is pending.
| Method | Can payouts go back to it? | What to prepare | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| ABA PAY | Check the cashier — a QR deposit may be paid out by transfer to the ABA account instead | Account number and the holder's name exactly as on the casino account | ABA PAY |
| Wing | Check the cashier for Wing Bank on the withdrawal tab | Wing account details in your own name | Wing |
| Bakong / KHQR | A QR code only receives payments; ask how payouts are routed | The bank account behind the app you paid with | Bakong / KHQR |
| Visa | Card payouts are not always offered — check the withdrawal tab | The same card used to deposit | Visa |
| Mastercard | Same as Visa: depends on the operator and the issuer | The same card, plus a masked photo if requested | Mastercard |
| Bank transfer | Often the fallback route for payouts | Bank name, account number and holder name | Bank transfer |
| Bitcoin | Usually to a BTC address you provide | Your own wallet address, copied, never typed | Bitcoin |
| Crypto (USDT and others) | Usually to the same coin and network | Address plus the exact network name | Crypto |
Payout speed
Two stages decide how long a withdrawal takes. The operator approves the request first — that depends on verification, bonus status and the size of the sum. The payment rail then delivers it: a bank transfer follows banking days, a card refund passes through the issuer, and crypto waits for network confirmations. We do not print payout times for Crowns because we could not verify them, and figures copied from other sites are no better. The withdrawal status screen shows where your request is at any moment.
Verification and the same-method rule
The first withdrawal is when identity checks happen. For a foreign resident in Cambodia that normally means a passport, a recent proof of address and proof that the deposit method is yours. Uploading these right after registration removes the most common reason a payout waits. Separately, most operators return money through the route that funded the account, at least up to the deposited amount, and use a bank transfer for anything above it or when the original method cannot receive payouts. Matching names on every account involved matters more than any other detail.
Withdrawal limits and frequency
The cashier lists a minimum and maximum per request, and often daily, weekly or monthly caps as well. When a balance is larger than the cap, it is paid in instalments across later periods. These are the operator's limits and are worth reading before you play, because a large win that arrives in parts over weeks is a very different experience from one lump sum. Requesting sensible amounts, rather than splitting one payout into many small ones, also avoids extra review.
Leave a pending withdrawal alone
While a withdrawal is pending, many cashiers offer a button to cancel it and put the money back on the balance. That button exists for the operator's benefit, not yours. A payout you requested in a calm moment is a decision worth protecting from a later, less calm one. If the account settings let you disable reverse withdrawals, do it; if not, set the rule for yourself and stick to it. Once the money reaches your bank, move what you planned to keep somewhere that is not linked to the casino account.
It also helps to decide in advance what a win is for. A simple split — part withdrawn every time the balance passes a level you set, the rest left as next week's budget, not topped up — turns a lucky evening into money in the bank rather than a longer session. If cashing out feels impossible because "the next round could double it", that thought is one of the warning signs listed on the responsible gambling page.
If a withdrawal hasn't arrived
Start with the status in the cashier. "Pending" or "processing" usually means a document is missing or a bonus is still active, and the account messages often say which. "Approved" or "sent" means the operator has released it, so check your bank app or wallet and allow for banking days or network confirmations. If it is still missing after the window the cashier suggests, send support the reference, amount, method and date. Unresolved disputes are covered on our complaints page.
The withdrawal methods mirror the deposit rails as far as the operator allows, and every cashout request passes through the same cashier. Minimum withdrawal and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per method and shown before you confirm, so read them before the balance grows, not after.
